General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales made on the Wine Museum’s website. By placing an order on this site, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Order

The order of one or more books is made online on our website. After validating your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your purchase. The sales contract is concluded upon the sending of this email.

3. Prices

The prices of the books are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are not included in the displayed price and are calculated separately during the validation of the order. The Wine Museum reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Payment

Payment is made by invoice or any other payment method offered on the site.

5. Delivery

We deliver only in Switzerland and certain European countries. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on product availability and the chosen carrier. Delivery costs are indicated when validating the order.

• Delivery times : Books are generally shipped within 5 to 7 business days after the order is confirmed.
• Delivery costs : Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the order.

6. Right of Return and Refund

In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return the book(s) ordered without needing to provide reasons. The book(s) must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and in their original packaging to the following address:

Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.

7. Product Availability

Our product offerings are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then have the choice to maintain or cancel your order.
