Wine trail
Sierre - Salgesch
The 6 kilometer long wine trail which connects the two museum sites showcases the vineyard’s beauties throughout the seasons. The trail is highlighted by explanatory panels that illustrate the multiple aspects of the vineyard.
By walking this trail, you’ll link the German-speaking and French-speaking parts of Valais!
Practical information
Please note: the part of the wine trail that leads down to the La Raspille river and then up to the foot of the pyramids towards Salgesch is currently closed due to falling tree branches. We recommend taking the other path, which runs alongside the Marais bisse and is also part of the wine trail. This path, which had been closed for several weeks, is now open and passable.
